Refund Policy

At West Coast Curio Design, we take pride in offering one-of-a-kind vintage items that have been thoughtfully sourced, inspected, and described. Due to the unique and often delicate nature of vintage goods, all sales are final. However, we want you to feel confident shopping with us—so if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

📦 All Sales Final

Because each item is pre-owned and one-of-a-kind, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Sizing or styling issues

  • Minor signs of age or wear consistent with vintage condition

We work hard to provide detailed photos and descriptions, and we’re happy to answer questions before you buy.

📸 Damaged or Misrepresented Items

If your order arrives damaged in transit or significantly misrepresented from its listing, please reach out within 3 days of delivery so we can make it right.

To request a refund or store credit:

  1. Email us at westcoastcuriodesign@outlook.com within 72 hours of delivery.

  2. Include clear photos of the item and packaging.

  3. Describe the issue so we can review and respond promptly.

If approved, we will offer:

  • A refund back to your original payment method, or

  • A store credit toward a future purchase

In some cases, we may request the item be returned before issuing a refund. Return shipping costs in such cases are typically the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise agreed upon.

⏳ Timing

Approved refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days. Store credits are issued as a unique coupon code you can use at checkout.
