We take great care in packing and shipping each vintage item, ensuring it arrives safely and ready to be part of your story. Please read below for details on how we process and deliver your curated finds.
🕒 Processing Time
Orders typically ship within 3 business days of purchase. During weekends, holidays, special sales, or high volume periods, processing may take slightly longer—but we’ll always communicate delays if they arise.
🚚 Shipping Methods
We ship via trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on the size, weight, and destination of your order. A tracking number will be provided once your order ships.
If you have specific carrier preferences or delivery instructions, please reach out before completing your purchase—we're happy to accommodate when possible.
🌎 Shipping Locations
We currently ship to all U.S. states. If you’re interested in international shipping, please contact us directly to discuss rates and feasibility—we’re happy to explore options on a case-by-case basis.
🎁 Local Pickup (Optional)
If you’re local to the South Bay or Los Angeles area, we offer free local pickup by appointment. Select this option at checkout and we’ll contact you to schedule a time.
💌 Packaging & Sustainability
Your items will be carefully wrapped and cushioned for safe transport—and always presented with care. Please make us aware if this is shipping direct as a gift - we are happy to include gift messages.
📍 Shipping Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. WCCD is not responsible for delays or lost items due to incorrect address information.
🚨 Lost or Delayed Packages
Once an item has been handed off to the shipping carrier, WCCD is not responsible for delays, damages, or lost packages. We will, however, do our best to help resolve any issues that arise with the carrier.
📸 Damage During Transit
We pack with intention and care, but if your item arrives damaged, please email us within 3 days of delivery with clear photos of the item, the packaging, and the shipping label. We’ll work with you on a fair resolution.
