Crafted in dark, tactile stoneware and signed with an impressed maker’s mark, this studio pottery bowl was designed for ikebana—the Japanese art of intentional floral arrangement. A radiating cluster of drainage holes makes it ideal for use with a kenzan or freeform design.

The earthy glaze, drainage holes, and low, sculptural shape also make this useful as a sponge holder, a bath bomb holder, a moss dish, or even a small berry rinse bowl.

• Studio pottery with impressed artist’s mark on bottom
• Deep brown glaze with cratered effect
• Approx. 5.5” wide x 1.75” tall
• Excellent condition - no chips or cracks
